SW Florida Real Estate Market Update September

This week's Future of Real Estate Video Show focuses on the September 2010 SW Florida Real Estate market. In this report we focus on pending sales as they are an indicator of potential future closings, as well as current available listing inventory and put it in historical perspective.

We've seen many reports lately by those who don't track inventory numbers closely so we decided to clear up some of these discrepancies. We've changed the format and gone to a high definition format. Next time we'll work on making sure the screen captures the entire graph.
